A good cooking class shouldn’t have an “audience”, only participants. Sure, it’s fun to kick back on the couch and watch Food Network. But how much more would your cooking skills profit if you were actually making the same recipe right along with the host? In the realm of cooking skills, experience is king, my friends. And that will be the focus of the classes. I provide supplies, demonstrations, recipes, etc., and everyone gets to try their hands at making them!
We have local foodies from all over Utah County signed up already – but don’t worry, home cooks of all levels are welcome, and we have a strict “No Snobs” policy. (We all have our culinary differences, but we don’t have to be condescending about them!)
